Customized products cannot be returned unless the wording on the final product differs from the one entered during the order by the customer. The personalisation is made by hand by Ginori 1735 master painters, and it is therefore one of a kind. Admitted characters are Cyrillic and Latin. The personalised text is reproduced in cursive for Latin characters and in capital letters for Cyrillic ones. The text placement is thought to enhance the decoration, and it is therefore defined by the painter in phase of creation. The personalised text will be executed exclusively in gold. Offensive or denigrating texts which are in contrast with the company's ethic principles will not be accepted.
