Soup plates are commonly the heart and soul of a table setting, to be used for consuming both dry and brothy first courses during daily meals as well as on more formal occasions. Arcadia soup plates will delight you every time you set them out. Glossy and playful, with a slight daintiness that the Venezia shape perfectly conveys together with the imaginative butterfly, whose wings are shaped like human eyes and lips, that has landed right in the center of the snow-white surface. Arcadia is a wonderful collection tableware, tea and coffee items that brings together design, art and fantasy. We created it together with fashion designer Orazio Stasi, and it is from his imagination that the designs expertly captured on the Studio's fine porcelain by our artisans have sprung. A fantastic and idyllic world, reminiscent of childhood, where small prancing creatures move among the floral elements of an Italian garden, leaving behind scattered traces of happiness. A dream where everyone can take refuge among mustached flowers, monkeys riding seahorses and smiling little imps.
