Tea saucer Italian Fruit
Besides to being classical, this pattern represents a key motif of the Ginori 1735 tradition, expression of absolute design. Italian Fruit can be recognized with the same pleasure with which, in an art gallery, one recognizes the artist at first sight. If there are scattered flowers and fruits it must be, there are no alternatives, a Ginori 1735 piece. Invented by the painters of the Doccia factory around 1770s, the motif envelopes the sunlight of summer fields and the absolute precision of the painter’s brushstrokes.
