In the eighteenth century the Oriental trend for the White Gold arrived in Europe and the Marquis Carlo Ginori, took the opportunity to found a company capable of synthesizing the elements of the ancient tradition, with more modern influences.
In 1735 the Manifattura di Doccia was born and became the international reference point for the creation of sculptures and the processing of porcelain.
