The Galli Rossi (red roosters) emerged from the depiction of a fragile, timeless rural landscape created for the Manifattura in 1740 by the celebrated Florentine artist Ferdinando Campostrini. The historic Vecchio Ginori shape accommodates the bright and lively floral designs that are embellished with the iconic bright red Ji Ondori roosters, that, in the Asian traditions of which Campostrini was a profound connoisseur, symbolize virtue and good fortune. And so this exquisite collection of pure porcelain plates and other tableware expertly handcrafted by the artisans of our Manifattura with shining pure gold decorations gives your table setting an oriental flavor.

Monograms are hand applied using the decalcomania technique. The Monograms have been created by the style office using latin characters (no numbers or special characters are ammitted). The gold and platinum finishes cannot be wash into the dishwasher and into the microwave. Please note that the final rendering of the Monogram and the color may slightly differ from the image shown on the side, which is for illustrative purposes only.
